The goal of the Hailey Cemetery Maintenance District is to operate and maintain an historic burial ground in a beautifully landscaped setting, open to all races, religions, and walks of life. It is our goal to serve families of the deceased with compassion, and to treat all people with dignity and respect.
As guardians of Hailey’s families and community heritage, traditions and values, the Hailey Cemetery strives to fulfill a vision of a peaceful and well groomed living memorial where the quality of caring is such that families can come to honor and celebrate life in a peaceful environment. ~

**No Sunday or Holiday Burials**
** No Monday Burials in Winter**
Two cremations are allowed over one casket burial, or four cremations are allowed in a lot where there is no casket, If the first Burial in the lot is a cremation, no casket burial is permitted. Each family shall be allowed to purchase at most ten (10) lots without the full approval of the Cemetery District Board.
The resale of Lots will only be permitted back to the Hailey Cemetery Maintenance District for the original purchase price. No lot shall be conveyed to another person without written notification to the Board of Directors before interment occurs. No deviation from this price structure shall occur without the full approval of the Hailey Cemetery Board.
Plot Fees and Burial Fees are to be paid by the responsible party directly to the Hailey Cemetery Maintenance District.
